1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Concentrare (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.
2. License
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Concentrare on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or integrity features of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
4. Your content and data
The Service does not require account registration or sign-in. Your focus configurations, profiles, preferences, statistics of focus sessions (including duration and type), challenge-related data and unlock-request records, and related app data are stored locally on your device only, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
We do not collect that app data on our servers and do not use it for account management, marketing, or profiling via the Service.
You retain all rights to the data you create inside the Service. We make no claim of ownership over your local data.
5. Availability & updates
We may release updates, bug fixes, and new versions of the Service from time to time. We may also discontinue features or the Service itself; where reasonable we will provide prior notice. Because your primary data stays on-device, you are responsible for backing up or exporting it where the app offers that capability or via your device's tools, unless we state otherwise in-app or here.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific focus or productivity requirement you may have.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Concentrare or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may post notices on our website as described for the Privacy Policy. Where reasonable, we may also notify you inside the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland (without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions), consistent with Concentrare LLC as identified in our Privacy Policy.
